We looked at multigrain drinks and meal replacement shakes sold in Malaysian brand stores, Watsons and Shopee, then checked each one in JAKIM's halal directory on 18 October 2026. We kept only drinks with a price we could see and a valid JAKIM certificate. Then we ordered them by what each one gives you for a meal, ease of use and price.
